Every person is different. Before commencing care, we assess each person's needs, abilities, preferences, risks and desired outcomes, and develop an individualised care plan — reviewed as needs change.

Blessing Eze
Founder & CEOBlessing is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in elderly care, mental health, palliative care and dementia care. Their healthcare journey began as a Healthcare Assistant, a role held for over ten years, developing extensive hands-on experience supporting older people and individuals with complex care needs, in nursing homes and in people's own homes.
Driven by a passion for high-quality, person-centred care, Blessing went on to complete a BSc in Nursing, a Master's degree in Psychosocial Intervention in Mental Health Care, and a postgraduate qualification in Nurse Prescribing — later serving as Acting Clinical Nurse Manager, and currently working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Blessing is committed to promoting dignity, respect, individual choice, safety and quality of life for every person receiving care.
Donatus Eze
Founder & DirectorDonatus is an experienced businessman who brings business knowledge, leadership, integrity and a practical approach to his role as Director. He is hardworking, reliable and committed to high professional and ethical standards in the management and development of the organisation.
As a Director, he contributes to strategic direction, governance and sustainable development, believing a successful domiciliary care service is built on trust, accountability, professionalism, respect and reliability.
Donatus supports the recruitment and retention of compassionate, competent staff, and provides business oversight alongside the CEO and wider management team.
Stephanie Eze
DirectorStephanie is a final-year university student studying General and Children's Nursing, with over four years of practical experience as a Healthcare Assistant, primarily supporting elderly people.
Through her frontline healthcare experience, Stephanie has developed a strong understanding of the everyday needs of older people, and the importance of dignity, respect, compassion, independence and person-centred care.
She is particularly passionate about ensuring people are treated with kindness and supported to maintain their independence and choices.
Samuel Eze
DirectorSamuel is a first-year Information Technology (IT) apprentice with a developing interest in technology, digital systems and innovation, bringing a valuable digital perspective to the leadership team.
As Director, he supports the organisation's digital development and the effective use of technology to enhance communication, administration and organisational efficiency between BSMD Care, its staff, clients and families.
Samuel is hardworking, dependable and enthusiastic about developing his skills throughout his apprenticeship.
Mirabel Eze
Director & Company SecretaryMirabel is a third-year university student studying Medicine and Health. Alongside her studies, she works part-time in retail, where she has developed strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
As Director and Company Secretary, she contributes organisational and communication skills to the management team, supporting effective administration and the smooth coordination of organisational responsibilities.
Mirabel is committed to professionalism, respect and confidentiality, ensuring clients and families feel listened to and valued.
